Your Sales Manager shall provide you with regular communication and updates on the progress of your new home.
We shall also invite you in to discuss and clarify your understanding of the process and to let us know if there is anything you would like us to discuss in more detail.
We cannot permit access to the property during the build stages, but We will arrange a mutually convenient appointment to carry out your New Home Demonstration before you take legal completion. This will allow you to take measurements for floor coverings, blinds etc.
Allanwater Homes operate a “One point of contact” for all your communication and your Sales Advisor shall act as an intermediary with the site development team to assist and provide you with any other information you may require.
