We really can tailor a property to suit you – we can also suggest how changes could be made to layouts based on our considerable experience. It’s your home and your way of living. So whether you work from home and want to use a bedroom or a dining room as an office; you would like an en-suite for a teenager off another bedroom or you’ve always fancied a dressing area, we will work with you to help you realise your desires. As we are not a huge volume builder we are not restricted by monthly build targets. Our build schedule does, of course, play a part but we will advise what it is possible at what stage and we may even let you change your mind!
