We will communicate effectively with you throughout the build process, (especially regarding the build schedule and the countdown to you being able to take possession of your new Allanwater home). Under the Allanwater Advantage we will endeavour to ensure that you always receive a reply to your questions and that will extend to after you have moved into your new home too.
Allanwater homes are quality built and include the latest energy-efficient materials to minimise CO2 emissions. Our “included” specification has many features other builders would class as extras. We like to give our buyers a real choice providing a wide range of tiling and kitchen styles available, along with quality white sanitaryware in our bathrooms.
In our industry, we are one of the few who believe in offering our buyers real flexibility with some adjustments that may be possible on specific requests, depending on the build stage of the property.
After all, it’s your home and your way of living. Whether you work from home and want to convert a bedroom into an office or would like a garden office; or you’ve always fancied a dressing area, we will work with you to help you realise your desires. As we are an independent builder, it gives us a degree of flexibility. Our build schedule does, of course, play a part, but we will advise what is possible at what stage when you make a request.
We offer an aftersales service which is available during regular working hours, and there are 24hr emergency numbers for both plumbing and electrical emergencies should you require them.
