With all new homes, there are always some tiny nagging problems. However, at Allanwater Homes, we provide you with a two-year guarantee on your home, which commences as soon as you take ownership of the property. This covers you for any faulty materials or workmanship except kitchen appliances, which carry their own guarantees from the manufacturer and natural shrinkage or condensation.

Our aftercare team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and there are emergency numbers for plumbing and electrics operating 24/7 which you will find in your handover folder that you are given on your move-in day.

If you should discover any defects that require our attention, please contact our aftercare team at aftercare@allanwater.co.uk, who will liaise with you and our construction team to remedy any issues. We will endeavour to deal with any problems within 30 days from receipt of notification. Resolution timescales will be dependent on the availability of parts and connectors.
